A shared talent network for inclusive hiring

Every candidate comes backed.

Backed is one talent pool shared by partner charities. Charities pool the people they’ve helped get work-ready — never the employer relationships they’ve built. Employers get a single front door to inclusive talent. And every candidate arrives with a support team that stays after the hire.

Backed by a named keyworker · a partner charity — support continues after hire

One network, three front doors

Charities, employers and candidates each get their own view — and their own guarantees.

For charities

Pool talent, not relationships

  • Publish work-ready people into one shared pool — with each person’s consent, section by section.
  • Keep every relationship you’ve built. No other charity can browse your employer list.
  • Bring an employer, a vacancy or a hire to the network and the contribution is recorded and recognised.
For employers

One front door to inclusive talent

  • One verified account. Work-ready candidates from every partner charity.
  • See people, not paperwork — strengths, readiness and a short “meet me” video.
  • Every hire comes with a named keyworker who stays involved after day one.
For candidates

Your story, on your terms

  • You choose what appears on your profile and who can see it. Hidden is the default.
  • Change your mind any time — visibility switches off in one tap.
  • Your keyworker backs you before, during and after hire.

How the network works

  1. Charities publish, people consent

A keyworker builds a profile together with the candidate. Nothing is visible until the person chooses who can see it.

  2. Employers search one pool

Verified employers browse work-ready talent from every partner charity — and see plainly why someone matches.

  3. Interest starts a conversation

When an employer raises a hand, the candidate’s keyworker is in the conversation from the very first message.

  4. Support continues after hire

Placements come with scheduled check-ins at 30, 60, 90 and 180 days. The support team doesn’t disappear on day one.

The promise that makes pooling possible

No charity can browse another charity’s employer list — there is no raidable directory.

Candidates are shared; relationships are not. When a charity brings an employer, a vacancy or a hire to the network, that contribution is recorded and credited to the charity that made it — so generosity is recognised, never taken advantage of.
